Ken Mushinskie
Assistant Head Coach, Special Teams Coordinator and Wide Receivers
Coach Ken Mushinskie is entering his 18th year as a football coach, and joins the San Bernardino Valley Wolverines this season as their running backs coach.
Previously to SBVC, Coach Mushinskie served as the Head Football Coach at King High School in Riverside and Beckman High School in Irvine.
During his tenure year at Beckman High School, Coach Mushinskie led the Patriots to the CIF playoffs two years in a row, their first league championship and undefeated league season, and the CIF Southern Division title game in 2011.
During his ten years at King High School, Coach Mushinskie took the Wolves to their first CIF win in school history and a semifinal run that eventually led to a loss to CIF Champion Riverside North.
Throughout his coaching and teaching career, Coach Mushinskie says he has prided himself on teaching young men not only the game of football, but instilling life lessons that go beyond the gridiron.
Coach Mushinskie has also coached at several prominent southern California football programs including J.W. North High School in Riverside, Fontana High School in Fontana, and San Marino High School in the San Gabriel Valley.
Since receiving his Master’s Degree in Education from National University and his Bachelor's Degree from Cal Poly Pomona, Mushinskie has dedicated his profession to teaching high school and coaching a variety of sports, including soccer, track, baseball and golf. Coach Mushinskie and his family reside in Riverside.
